Senior QA tester

The Role:

This is a great opportunity for a super motivated QA Tester to join our Software Development team located in London, being part of one of our existing scrum teams. Each agile team includes technical leadership, development, architecture, quality, product and project management roles.

We are looking for a talented QA Tester who is comfortable working with manual and automatized tests, with a proven history of belonging to a high-performance team following agile methodologies.

Key Responsabilities:

  • Provide knowledge/helping/mentoring to other team members – team philosophy is important for us!
  • Work in business requests and development improvements – proactivity is appreciated!
  • Define and maintain manual test scripts in Gherkins based on the acceptance criteria of the provided requirements.
  • Manuel execution of test scripts, providing evidences.
  • White automated tests for backend (APIs) and front-end.
  • Review definitions of business requirements to verify and contribute to define the test use cases.
  • Find, report and follow up those issues, bugs or defects.
  • Write clear and precise QA documentation
  • Manage realistic work deadlines
  • Participate in all

Knowledge and Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in testing (with at least 5 years in UI/API automation)
  • API and UI automation.
  • Sound knowledge/experience of Web Application testing including API testing using Rest # (at least 4 years).
  • Working on an Agile team.
  • Significant experience of software QA processes and methodologies/tools
  • Experience using C# language and Selenium (at least 3 years).
  • Experience with DevOps ideally using CICD
  • Sound knowledge of SQL, Visual Studio , Git (at least 2 years), Visual Studio, Selenium (Page Object Model etc).
